Halligan Upton (She/Her) is a multifaceted Theatrical Artist specializing in Hair and Makeup Design, Application/Artistry, Wig Design, Wig Builds, and Costume Design/Creation. Halligan grew up in Lancaster County, PA, attending theater camps, classes, and acting in youth theatre before graduating from Gardenspot High School and making her way to Temple in 2023. As someone who has been a working stage manager from the age of fifteen, Halligan has a unique appreciation for the artistic and technical sides of theater, something she was able to explore at Temple. Halligan graduates in May 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Studies and a Certificate in Film Studies. One of the most rewarding parts of her time at Temple has been acting as the teacher's assistant for Hair and Makeup Design.
Alongside her passion for theatre, Halligan is a Wedding Dress Alterations Specialist and a Fine Artist, choosing various mediums, such as Gouache, Watercolor, Oil Paint, Collage, Ceramics, and Sculpture. Halligan has a passion for all things creative and hopes to spend every day feeding her craft.

Graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2023, participated in the Dual Enrollment Program with Harrisburg Area Community College, and will be graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies and a Film Studies Certificate. Graduating with Latin honors—Summa Cum Laude—Halligan served as the Vice President of the Dean's Student Advisory Board for the Center for the Performing and Cinematic Arts at Temple.
